I have read the reviews on this company. They all seemed favorable. I took my 2012 Range Rover HSE LUX to them for repair as it had a vacuum line Leak. They did a good job diagnosing a cracked intake manifold, but did not continue to look at other possibilities. They wanted to order an Intake manifold for a 2008 Range Rover. I explained to them that a 2008 would have an aluminum manifold, and that a 2012 vehicle operates with a plastic intake manifold. I ended up having to order the intake manifold myself. They installed the intake manifold. However, the issue did not abate. This is after $800 in charges. Furthermore, they quoted me an hourly rate of $150. When I got my bill I noticed they had charged me $180 an hour. I inquired why. They said the owner decided to raise prices. I think it is because I bought my own part and they could not mark it up, so they charged me more per hour. So net, net they did not the correct problem, the vehicle still has a problem and it still does not run well. When I asked about the hourly rate, they got defensive. Bottom line, I paid $800 and my vehicle is still In disrepair. They are more concerned about how much money they get from you regardl

I too my vehicle in after being dissatisfied with two other shops, 🥰😍I was ready to give up, but BM Autoworks really came through and fixed all issues for me. 🤩My truck is running better than ever. Great people very empathetic and caring staff!! Thank you 🙏🙂 will be coming back for all my future repairs!!👍👍

Bm Autoworks provided great service and an excellent outcome. Jose, my technician, was very honest in providing an assessment of my vehicle needs and looked for ways to provide the most effective yet high quality repair that met OEM or OE specs. I am really happy with the suspension refresh work they performed on my BMW Z3. They treated my vehicle with the same care that I provide it. The staff at Bm Autoworks will treat both you and your vehicle with the integrity and respect you deserve when seeking auto repair and enhancements.

They are doing above and beyond. There was a noise in one of the doors of our car (Sequoia) and they fixed it with no charge at all. With my Mercedes-Benz, they diagnosed the leak on the roof without any charge at all. They’re very helpful especially Eddie, José, Flavian and the rest of the crew. This business is highly recommended!

I have now used this shop for both my car and my spouses. They are effcient and honest people. Willing to give explanations for what has been fixed and why. They are also very cost effective. They only use BMW parts and their labor cost is super competetive and far less expensive than the dealer. I highly recommend taking your BMW to BM Autoworks.
